1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DigiMall, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Orders & pricing
All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price, with a full refund issued in that case.
3. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash on delivery for eligible orders. Payment is due at the time of order unless other terms have been agreed for approved B2B accounts.
4. Shipping & risk of loss
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
5. Returns & warranty
Returns and warranty claims are governed by our Returns & Warranty policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
7. Limitation of liability
DigiMall is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakesh.
